Call for Presentations: Conference 2018

WisABA is now accepting proposals for Mini Presentations and Presentations. The conference will take place on August 13-15th, 2018 at the Memorial Union, Madison, WI. Deadline for proposals are January 15th, 2018. Read the descriptions below and submit your proposals to conference@wisaba.org.
Mini Presentations: If you are interested in presenting your research or applied project to a group of your peers, a mini presentation might be for you. Participants will discuss their research in 10-15 minute presentation on a variety of topics. This category is open to everyone including students, BCBA’s, non-BCBA’s, etc. Participants will present in whatever modality they prefer (e.g. PowerPoint, etc.) and have the opportunity to get feedback and answer audience questions. You will be required to send (a) full title of your presentation, (b) a 150 word abstract, (c) the full names and affiliations of each of the presenters and (d) any required AV equipment in the body of an email to conference@wisaba.org.
Mini Presentations should include a written narrative describing the purpose, procedures, and and findings of the research or applied project.
Mini Presentations should use American Psychological Association (APA) guidelines for narrative, figures, and references.
Mini Presentations must be current members of WisABA and register for the conference.
Presentations: If you have a presentation that would be of interest to other BCBA’s, you might be interested in a presenting a 1.5 hour presentation. You must be a BCBA or BCBA-D to present at WisABA.
