In collaboration with Dr. Lovass' Resplication project, we trained at UCLA and began treating children in 1994, ran pilot children in 1995 and began working with research children in 1996. We began additional cohorts of children in 1997, 1998 and 1999. We measured progress annually and gathered post treatment data using a standard assessment battery. 48% of the children achieved average scores in all areas and were able to succeed in regular classes. This study was published in November, 2005. Since then we have continued to monitor the children and assess their functioning. We will discuss the study as well as recent follow-up data on the children as they have progressed through middle school and are now in highschool.
